Merging Yoga and the revolutionary Voguing dance style, Voga is the one for you if you enjoy yoga but want a cardio workout too. Did someone say Paris Is Burning? Fitness has never felt so fabulous!
As you’ve probably heard, HIIT classes and workouts can be the most beneficial as not only are they quick but they work wonders for the waistline. FloatFit classes take the concept of HIIT and add all the fun and slippery stuff to the mix – (we’re talking water boards and a pool guys!). There are over 1,500 FloatFit instructors worldwide, and plenty of places to try out classes in London. Go for HIIT for a full body workout, or Float Fit Yoga if you’re wanting a more chilled entrance to exercise this January.
